The Nwaogu Law Firm is expanding and seeking an experienced full time bilingual family law attorney to join our law firm. We are looking for an attorney with family law experience who has a sincere interest in helping people. We are looking to hire immediately. Salary is competitive based on experience. Job Responsibilities :

• Perform all aspects of family law representation
• Review case files outside of court
• Appear in court for various hearings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members;
• Issue spot and develop strategies leading to efficient resolution of cases;
• Negotiate and settle cases or prepare matters for trial
• Perform legal research and analyze and apply legal principles and precedents, facts, and evidence to legal problems;
• Draft petitions, pleadings and present statements of law, facts, and arguments clearly, logically, and effectively both in writing and orally.
• Effectively manage cases

Requirements :

• Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing
• Must have reliable transportation
• Serious candidates should submit a cover letter, as well as a resume

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
