Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a Performance Athletic Trainer to join our team. As our new Performance Athletic Trainer, you will:

• Design and fabricate protective pads, equipment and braces to help prevent and treat injuries, including the use of taping techniques within the Athletic Trainer’s scope of practice
• Provide instruction and guidance to help prevent injuries and maximize athlete physical conditioning and performance
• Participate in periodic meetings to review the care provided to patients and identifies opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate throughout the EXOS team to enhance the quality of patient care delivered.
• Conduct equipment, product, and literature reviews to ensure the EXOS team stays current with the provision of care.
• Ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment used for patient care and contributes to a safe working environment.
• Attend annual required training in accordance with guiding instructions
• Perform clinical and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training
• Have 2-3 years of experience with athletes
• Have a National Athletic Training Association Certification (NATABOC)
• Have a current CPR/AED/FA Certification
• Have a current NSCA CSCS (preferred).
