A prestigious Property Management Company has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Camp Hill. This position will serve as the administrative assistant for multiple conventional apartment communities in the area. Rate: Depending on experience and position.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee maintenance operations of multiple apartment communities.
  • Data entry.
  • Assist with Customer Service.
  • Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
  • Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
