Are you an inspired acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist eager to specialize in fertility and women’s health while also providing comprehensive Chinese medicine healthcare? We are a busy cash-based neighborhood clinic located in Seattle, WA (Ballard neighborhood) looking for a part-time practitioner with room to grow to join our woman owned and operated clinic. We are centered on support and empowerment of women through all phases of life from fertility, pregnancy, and post-partum care to peri/menopausal support. Our ideal teammate is a compassionate, enthusiastic practitioner looking for a long-term relationship with our clinic, someone seeking a home where they can provide the best care for their patients. Benefits: • Part-time employee position • Bonus incentives • Paid time off • Simple IRA retirement plan with employee matching • Consistent hours, with some flexibility around the creation of that ideal schedule Responsibilities: • Provide specialized acupuncture treatments and herbal medicine prescriptions for fertility and women’s healthcare • Offer comprehensive Chinese medicine healthcare services for general health and pain management • Maintain meticulous patient records and stay abreast of current research Qualifications: Requirements: • Master’s or Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese • NCCAOM board certification in acupuncture and Chinese medicine • WA State Acupuncture license • Proficiency in Chinese herbal medicine • Must carry malpractice insurance Preferred Qualifications: • Proven experience as an acupuncturist • Continuing education in treating infertility, gynecological conditions, and obstetrics preferred • ABORM board certified or interest in working towards certification is a plus • Point injection certified in WA state or interest in getting certified About Company: At Ballard Acupuncture Center, our mission is to create a safe healing space where people can receive exceptional holistic care and where women get the support and empowerment they need to be their best selves throughout every phase of their lives. We specialize in Women's Health and supporting women during different transitions of their lives.
