Objective :
To ensure all parcel packages that process through the small parcel area are packed and shipped to arrive to our customers accurately and without damage, while working in both a time and cost efficient manner. Essential Functions :
- Perform the required tasks such as picking, pack slipping, packing, manifesting, loading
- Report any quality variances
- Operate all necessary equipment in the work area
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area
- Lift cartons or products up to 50 lbs
- Complies with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
- Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Qualifications :
A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent and to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:
- Must be able to work with limited supervision
- Must be able to complete basic computer skills
- Able to stand for 8-12 hours per day
- Able to drive equipment
- Able to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to operate power industrial equipment
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast paced work environment.
- Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.
- Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.
- Reacts to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
- Maintains a pattern of regular and predictable attendance.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access) and the internet
- Proficient in WMS to include RF, user interface, and subsequent 3rd party carrier software such as UPS Worldship, FedEx online shipping, etc.
